Casual attire is recommended. The auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary,
we encourage you to wear layered clothing or bring a light sweater or jacket.

We do not have an age limit in place, but please consider that the content of the messages is intended for adults. If
you’re considering bringing someone under 18, please be sure they are mature and composed enough to both enjoy
the conference and allow those around them to do the same.
Please note that everyone entering the auditorium is required to have a ticket, including minors.
Upon completing registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Keep this for reference or for any updates you may need to make to your ticket. 24–48 hours prior to the start of the event, you will receive a QR code to use as your ticket for entry.
For online experience attendees—your email confirmation will contain the attendee number you will use to log in to the conference online.
All seating is general admission. The auditorium doors will open 30 minutes prior to each session. Saving seats prior
to the doors opening is not permitted.

Campus doors open at 7:30 am, auditorium doors open at 8:30 am.
The conference starts at 9 am on both days.
Attendees are permitted to bring infants, and nursing mothers rooms are available. You can find directions to the nursing mothers rooms at Conference Central in the lobby.

The Online Experience includes all main sessions. Unfortunately, workshops and Lunch 'N' Learns are not included in the Online Experience.
All sessions and online breakouts will be available on demand. You will need your attendee number (found in the
registration email) and your email address.
Our main event begins at 9 am (CST) on Monday, September 25. If you are joining us from another time zone, please adjust your times accordingly (for example, Eastern Standard Time (EST) would begin at 10 am).
The best way to view your individual stream is through your personal device—computer, laptop, or iPad. Some
televisions offer web access or are compatible to broadcast what is on your personal device.
Please note if you choose to connect your stream to your television, we will not be able to offer instructions for this
as it varies based on television capabilities.
For our online stream pass, you may watch through your personal device—computer, laptop, or iPad—using the
direct link emailed to you a couple of weeks prior to the conference.
