General questions

What should I wear?

Casual attire is recommended. The auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary, we encourage you to wear layered clothing or bring a light sweater or jacket.

What should I bring?

Your note taking preference and your Bible.

I can’t attend the entire Gateway Conference. Are there day or evening rates available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer partial rates for the conference.

Are there age restrictions to attend the conference?

We do not have an age limit in place, but please consider that the content of the messages is intended for adults. If you’re considering bringing someone under 18, please be sure they are mature and composed enough to both enjoy the conference and allow those around them to as well.  

Please note that everyone entering the auditorium is required to have a ticket, including minors.

When will I get my ticket or confirmation of my registration?

Upon completing registration, you will receive an email confirmation- keep this for reference and for any updates that you might need to make to your ticket. You will receive a QR code as your ticket for entry to the event- this will be emailed out 24-48 hours prior to start of event.

For Online Experience Attendees, your email confirmation will contain the attendee number you will use to log into the conference online.

Is the seating reserved or general admission?

All seating is general admission. The auditorium doors will open 30 minutes prior to each session. Saving seats prior to the doors opening is not permitted.

How much does it cost to attend Gateway Conference?

Registration will remain open through the beginning of the conference.

When will registration open?

Registration is now available for attending in-person. If you are looking to join us online via an Online Experience, registration will be coming soon.

What time do the doors open on campus?

Campus doors open at 7:30am, auditorium doors open at 8:30am.

What time does the conference start?

Conference starts at 9am both days

Children's Ministry

Can I bring my infant?

Attendees are permitted to bring infants, and a nursing mother’s room is available. You can find directions to the nursing mother’s room at Conference Central in the lobby.

Is children’s ministry provided?

Children’s ministry, birth through five years old, is provided on a limited basis. Please contact Heather Halcom at 817.552.3724 or email heather.halcom@gatewaypeople.com for more information.

Streaming

Where can I find the content from the stream after the event?

All sessions and online breakouts will be available on-demand using   You will need your attendee number (found in the registration email) and your email address.
